My name is Hal Mayforth. I am a humorous illustrator and painter living in the greater Boston area. All the giclee prints available on this site are from original acrylic works on wood panel that were created by me. If you decide to purchase one of my humorous giclee prints, you will not be dealing with some individual in a cubicle, You will be dealing directly with me. To be honest, if you are looking for cheap posters to put on your walls, you're probably looking at the wrong site. My prints are museum quality pigment/giclee prints that are printed on demand by one of the top digital printers in the country. To me, it's all about quality, and these prints look spectacular. Shipping is included for orders within the continental US.

Originals Paintings are Available
Although I sell mostly prints on this site, many of the original paintings that you see here are available. Most of them have a wooden box built behind the painting flush with the sides, bringing the depth to 1.75 inches. The sides are sanded smooth and painted. A beautiful presentation, if I do say so myself. Please contact me for more information.

In About October 14 I searched to see if he had a website and then discovered that Hal had a brilliant range of his artwork for sale. I immediately got in touch to see if Hal shipped to the UK. Hal got back to me promptly and kept in touch until I had chosen the two prints that I wanted. It was really hard to choose. The prints arrived in good time and the quality of them is excellent - much better than I expected. The real prints look even better than the screen versions. I am delighted.
